You can buy the products on the website https://gradina-noastra.ro/ using the following payment instruments:

Cash, card at the POS or bank transfer when picking up the products

In the case of an order with pickup from the Gradina Noastra showroom, the products can be paid at the time of pickup.

Refund (cash) upon delivery of the products

The value of the ordered products and services can be paid in cash in the case of delivery of the order by courier or in the case of delivery by Gradina Noastra, to the address specified by you.

Cash on delivery (with the card at the POS) upon delivery of the products

The value of the ordered products and services can be paid with a debit/credit card at the mobile POS in case of delivery of the order made only by Gradina Noastra, to the address specified by you. If you want to pay this way, you must specify when placing the order.

Bank transfer

Payment can also be made by bank transfer on the basis of the proforma invoice, the delivery of the products to be made after the entry of the amount (the total value of the invoice) into our account.

The data required to make the payment by bank transfer are:

For the security of your payments, we use NETOPIA Payments as a card processor. Payments are secured according to 3D Secure VISA and MasterCard standards.

If you have selected credit/debit card as the payment method, a page will automatically open where you need to fill in the form with its data. If the card transaction was successful, you will receive a message with relevant information about the order. You will also receive this information by e-mail. The following credit/debit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard/Eurocard, Maestro, including Visa or MasterCard virtual cards. The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise we will not be able to deliver the products.

Your card data will not be stored by the processor, they are secured and sent directly to the bank's server. The processing of card data is done exclusively on NETOPIA Payments servers.
