Campaign Regulations
1.1 This regulation is applicable to the REDUCE SEASON 2023 and ANNIVERSARY10 promotional campaign organized by Balkan Partner SRL, referred to as the Organizer in the following, a legal entity of Romanian nationality with headquarters in Ilfov, Sat Petresti, Com. Corbeanca, Strada Ghioceilor 8A, registered at the Trade Register under no. J23/1031/2022, unique fiscal registration code RO32281303.
1.2 The period of the campaign is between 01.02.2024 – 31.12.2024, the last moment of purchase being 31.12.2024, 23.59 for online purchases on the website www.gradina-noastra.ro, within the limit of the available stock of the participating products.
2. Description of the campaign
2.1 The products participating in the campaign represent a comprehensive selection from the categories of products marketed by the Organizer, the price reductions granted for them being distinctly signaled, by displaying a discount label expressed as a percentage (-%). The discount expressed in percentages (-%), represents the absolute value by which the list price of the product participating in the campaign is reduced in order to reach the value of its sale price.
2.2 The list price is displayed in gray, and the sale price is displayed in red. For the purposes of this regulation, "list price" means the price established based on the recommendations of the Organizer's suppliers, in accordance with its commercial policy.
The reason for displaying this information is to provide support to potential customers regarding the purchase decision, through the comparative evaluation of prices.
2.3 The list price has a strictly informative role, without legal value and cannot be assimilated in any way to the reference price in reduced price sales, as defined by OG 99/2000.
3. Modifying, interrupting or extending the campaign3.1 The organizer reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time, informing the participants by displaying the changes on the website www.gradina-noastra.ro.
3.2 The organizer reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the campaign at any time during its development and to extend it, informing the participants about any suspension, interruption or extension by posting it on the website www.gradina-noastra.ro.
3.3 The changes made regarding the rules or the validity of the campaign will not affect the orders already placed, but not yet completed at the time of the change.
4. Final provisions4.1 By participating in this campaign, the participants declare that they agree to respect and comply with all the rules of this regulation.
4.2 The campaign regulations are completed with the Terms and Conditions, Personal data processing and Cookies Policy available on the website www.gradina-noastra.ro.
4.3 Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the campaign participants will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the conflicts will be resolved by the competent court, according to the applicable legal provisions.
4.4 The organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to defraud the system, abuse or any other attempts that could affect the image of this Campaign or the website www.gradina-noastra.ro.
